Gajah

I always adored elephants and during my years living in Asia we would search for the pigmy elephants that live around the Kinabatangan river. Sealing on the river in little boats hoping to see them when they come to the river to drink.

Leaf veins are used to give the painting texture and is painted with Amsterdam & Amsterdam Expert acrylics and varnish from Royal Talens on 50 x 60 cm stretched canvas.

Note: this paining is not framed! But possible to hang without frame as the sides are painted too.
